The Slovenian partners of the ESLTI project met for a coordination meeting in Celje, hosted by Inkubator Savinjske regije, to prepare the upcoming national training for school leadership teams.
The meeting focused on the practical organisation of the training and on the Training Programme for School Innovation Teams. Particular attention was given to its main phases: the national training, the internal school innovation labs, and the use of the school innovation template.
Partners discussed how school pairs will be supported in moving from an initial idea to one realistic school innovation that can be tested, reviewed, and sustained in everyday school life. The meeting also helped align the next steps before the national training activities begin in Slovenia.
