Inkubator Savinjske regije d.o.o. presented the ESLTI project to members of its incubator, introducing the project’s main goals and upcoming activities. ESLTI focuses on strengthening the capacity of school leadership teams to plan, manage, and sustain innovation, so that new ideas, digital tools, and modern teaching approaches become a natural and long-term part of everyday school life.
During the session, participants learned how ESLTI brings together partners from across Europe and works directly with schools to develop training, practical tools, and guidance that help leadership teams lead change and keep improvements going over time.
